  1. I still don't get it...someone said they lost 50 pounds pre-op...they put their mind to it and did the best they could. So...why didn't they keep doing that and forego the band? If I could get my mind around losing and start doing the best I could, I wouldn't need the band. Very confused
  2. Hi! I just registered to this site...I have so many questions and concerns. I am considering lapband, but I am so afraid I will gain the weight back. I am a constant eater...not necessarily an emotional eater, and I'm certainly not hungry most of the time. It has become my favorite hobby, pasttime, and entertainment. What will I do if I have the surgery, and I can't have my food? I mean, I know I will be able to eat but not a lot and not the stuff I want to eat. I, too, am an overthinker! I like your discovery of 'anal' being in the word 'analyze.' Good one. Sorry, I'm not helping you...just commenting that I feel the same.
