  1. If you don't mind me asking, who is your doctor? I go to Dr. Bovard at Rex Wakefield and had my surgery at Rex in Raleigh. I live and work in Fuquay. I am glad to have found someone that is very close to me in terms of mileage and banded date. I would love to keep in touch to compare if you don't mind.
  2. I was banded on March 4th. I lost 12 pounds pre-op and since surgery have lost 5-6 more. As of Saturday (5 days ago) I have actually gained 1-2 pounds. I am back on normal foods now (some what) and am doing my best to get in the Protein and Water etc. Is this normal?? It just seemed to be melting off at first and now going the other way. I just don't want to be one of those people that end up posting 6 months from now that I have only lost 20lbs! I am very dedicated to this new life style but am feeling a little discouraged? Anyone have any advice??
  3. I am from Fuquay Varina so I am not too far. I was just banded March 4, 2010 and am down 18 pounds (pre-diet included). Who did your surgery?
