i had my first fill 29/3 my surgeon told me 2 stay on liquids for 3 days then told me i could ave a party lol but i also had my dietician appointment afta my fill appointment and she said afta liquid stage go on mushies but i went straight to solids

i use benefibre ita a tasteless powder i put it in my water n cups of tea

Im not to sure as i have my first fill on tues bit nervous how its goin to go

i was banded on the 25th feb and i lost 5kgs on the optifast diet pre op and then first 2 wks post op lost an extra 4kgs but now im 4 wks post 2day n since i been on mushys diet ive gained 3kgs but then lost 1kg ive been told u dont loose much the first 6 wks post op coz ur stomach is still recovering but after 6wks it starts droppin off

i have defenately nitced i lost 5kgs on pre op diet n then an extra 3kgs 2wks post op but now i am bout 4 wks post op n noticed ive gained 3kgs bak on some people say the weight doesnt start droppin off till after first fill

im 4 wks post op on the 25th of this month and on the day of my surgery i got weighed and i had lost 5 kgs then after my surgery i weight myself wen i was 2 weeks post op n i lost extra 3kgs so total of 8kgs but weighed myself 2day n noticed i had gained 3kgs bak on is this normal???

wen our we aloud to deink softdrink im 2 and a half wks post op n would love a drink of sprite or diet coke but not sure if we allowed it

hi any1 who was banded at glengarry on the 25th by kevin dolan

i got banded on the 25th feb and so far ave lost 8kgs i get my 1st fill on the 29th of this month

thanx for helping it took about an hr to pass thru then the pain went as it didnt seem 2 wanna come up but i know now that io wont b avin Pasta anytime soon

i thought i would try spag bol wif a lil bit of spiral pasta but i think the pasta got stuck i ave a chest pain n back pain its slowly easing off now but wen i lay on my right side it feels like ita comin bak if i sip on water will it eventually move down
