First Weeks after Surgery

You are not alone, i am having the same issue, I had my lapband on march 3, and I was so concerned that i needed a fill already that I called my DR. They told me that i need to eat 3 meals o hi Protein soft foods, eggs, etc and to cust out any in between meal Snacks or Protein drinks. I was feeling absolutelt famished!!!! and I did not want to fall into old bad habits. I am too weak mentally to give in to my old ways -
Welllll. I had my SUCCESSFUL surgery on Thursday the 3rd. I feel good!! ready to get back to walking and back to my world!!!! How is everybody else???

Good Luck to you too!!!! How is the pre op diet going??
Mine is ok except when the kids made a pizza that 1st day... THAT was tough now I am a week into it and just fine with the liquid diet.

I got my authorization and I am getting banded on March 3, 2011... this has been a long time coming and I am excited and so looking forward to this part of my journey.....
