  1. Thanks, everyone! I am going this afternoon to get a partial unfill. Hoping that will be enough to get me and the little one through the rest of our pregnancy healthy!
  2. Hi, I am 21 weeks pregnant. I made it through the first trimester with some nausea and only vomited a few times, so I managed to not need an unfill then. However, it seems that in the past few weeks, I am having more trouble eating, and I am starting to have heartburn (almost every evening). Has anyone had to get a partial unfill later in pregnancy because of these or other issues? Not sure if I should stick it out and see if it gets better or go ahead and schedule an appointment with my lap band doctor. Thanks in advance!
  3. My OB told me to take Flintstones chewables with iron as a prenatal. Works fine - and so much easier for me to take with the lapband. I also have to take a DHA supplement, and that is a big pill for me - am looking for a liquid or chewable form of that one, if anyone knows of any. Thanks!
  4. My OB said I could take Flintstones chewables with iron as a prenatal. I also have to take a separate DHA supplement -- that's the hard part for me, as lately I have had trouble swallowing it. I have heard that there are some liquid DHA supplements available, so I am going to check with my doctor's office Monday about that. But the chewables work great for your average prenatal vitamin...they have the folic acid and iron needed for the baby's growth.
