  1. We really need to be positive and I know exactly how you feel, except I am finding it really hard to find the positive wiht my weight not only steady but rising. I have had soem fluid put back in but obviously not enough becaseu I feel no restriction. I have to wait until MOnday to see the surgeon again to put in more.
  2. I am a 50 YO Female and had my band done 5 years ago in Melbourne. I initially lost 30kg but this was still about 10kg off my goal. My weight started slowly creeping back up over the last year. I gained 3kg. Recently the fluid was removed under suspicion that something was wrong and my weight balooned another 7kg so right now I am a very unhappy camper. Partial fluid was returned but I feel no restriction and even though I am not eating that much I am gaining. I wanted contact with a wider lap band community to see if others have had similar problems and how they dealt wiht it.
