  1. So I was banded in January and have lost 52lbs!! I am planning a trip to Kings Island next weekend. Still scared I may not fit. I am currently 5'8 and 269lbs. Anyone have experience with being this size and not fitting the rides. Haven't been in years!!
  2. Don't feel discouraged. I have found that those lists are usually only things that may give you trouble. I have had 3 fills and can pretty much eat anything. Just be mindful of making sure you chew it enough! I didn't think I could handle the not drinking either. I have found now after 3 fills that if I even try to take a drink while eating it will not go down! It is very uncomfortable! This is an incentive not to even try it! If gets a lot easier with time!
  3. I was banded Jan 12th. I have pain in my shoulder after I eat. About 1-2 hours later I will start burping and it goes away. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't think this is any gas left from surgery as it was a month ago.
  4. I was banded on 1/12/11. I have lost 20lbs, but have not lost anything for the last 2 weeks, but haven't gained either. I go for my first fill tomorrow. Is this normal? At first I could only eat small amounts of food, but lately I feel like I can eat a lot more! Just worried that this isn't working. Any advice would be appreciated!
