    Today is the start of my new journey. I have been overweight most of my life. I yo-yo with my weight. I have lost as much as 75 pounds on my own and gained most of it back. I did this twice ! I have choosen this lifestyle change because obviously, I can't do it without help. I look forward to the journey and insights any of you can provide for me!
