Thanks for the words of wisdom I got on scales and not much of weight loss still very sore from band removal and drain does not come out till Tuesday 24th, drinking still clear liquids was told to move to pudding texture but afraid to did get 45 grams of protein in yesterday from soups and protein drinks.

No I did not either I had to do 6 days of clear liquids only.

Prayers going up I am slowly on the mend sipping liquids and trying to get protein. Hoping all goes well.

Yes I had the revision home doing ok today up moving around very sore and trying to get my protein in which is hard. Good luck and keep in touch.

Wow thanks for that posting this is day 4 for me the first 2 days were the worst and the pain is easing up trying to get all these liquids in is tough and all this swelling hoping to walk more later today thanks for sharing hope all goes well

Home and ready to recover trying to get all my liquids in was rough getting band out but done very well hope all of you are doing well

Anyone that a a revision on the 16th I am home and doing well still lots of pain but it's getting better with time. Recovery just going to take a little longer. Hope everyone else done well.

Today is the day band revision to sleeve nervous and excited lost 10lbs on the preop diet

My surgery is Monday the 16th pictures are awesome I am very excited.

I have Highmark bc/bs of Pittsburgh, all my information had to be mailed they would not take fax, Dr office says it was mailed on January 8th insurance claims it was not recieved till the 24th of January, has anyone ever dealt with them waiting on approval, must get done before Feb 28th, my job changes to another company and new insurance, then if I dont get done by 28th will have to wait till new insurance kicks in April, have already paid my deductible for 2011 and most of my coinsurance, dont want to start over, I have called 2x they tell me it can take 6 weeks my handbook says they have 15 days to give a approval or denial. anyone ever deal with them... ??????? Really getting discouraged here..

I am also waiting on the final approval of insurance and loosing patience, everything is done and ready however the pre cert had to be mailed to insurance would not take a fax or electronically, trying to be patient but its hard have to get done before Feb 28th my job changes and so does my insurance and will be without insurance 30 days....uuugghhh
