    Hi Everyone My name is Bre and I have just finished my pre-surgery diet and I am scheduled to have my lap band put in tomorrow, 2/15/11, which is also my daughter's 5th birthday. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. I have about 100 pounds to lose, I've lost 10 on the pre-surgery diet... I'm so happy that there is this website so that we can all learn and grow together... Lettin our new life begin

    WOW that is AMAZING!!!!! Congratulations!!!! How long did you have to do the pre-surgery diet? I had to do nine days of no food, just protein shakes and 1 protein bar a day... Good Luck on your up and coming surgery date!!! I'll send positive thoughts and wishes your way
