    I have lost about 45 lbs but my issue is I can still fit into the same clothes. Is that normal? I am ready to be able to go down in clothing size.

    Went to dr appt and they told me I am in my green zone... no fill necessary.... I am happy to be losing this weight.. even though it is coming off slowly.
