  1. I know that is a problem with bypass surgery, but i have been banded since Sept 20th and after i was back on regular foods, i have had no problem with either beer or soda, except fore the calories in beer.
  2. Ever since I tried the low-carb diet and lost 145# I have to snicker at you who are cutting out all your taste and reliable energy sources by removing the fat. Even now that i am banded i will continue to follow the low-carb regimen as it works the best for me. if you don't like mayonnaise perhaps you will like Miracle Whip.
