  1. I haven't had a full week...but I've already went down 10 pounds. Unfortunately...I was retching like crazy two days after the surgery and got admitted to the hospital where they pumped me so full of fluids that I felt like a tick. STILL...my weight has gone down 10...AND...I started my period. (Talk about winning the ol' biological lottery...jeez.) The PA removed fluid from my band when I went back in, too. (Just prior to my MD admitting me.) That helped a lot. I'm really excited to see how much I've lost once I get rid of this water weight.
