  1. I don't know if you accept prayers...but I will definately include you in a prayer today. I just got my lapband in November of this year, just a few weeks ago and have just begun this journey. But each day i have to fight feeling like a failure and it's something we all struggle with at times. Please be good to yourself. Maybe write yourself a letter. This sounds kinda cooky, but it actually works. Tell yourself what you want to happen. Be kind to yourself. I've found we're often alot harsher on ourselves than we would be on others who were doing the same thing. I think you are right and making a good decision to start over on the basics. I lost my mind a few days ago and had some pizza. Years of habits and the comfort food offers is are very difficult obstacles. Hope the best for you. Let me know how you are doing. : )
