  1. I had surgery on a Wednesday and I returned to work the following Monday. I didn't have any problems. I also had the hernia repair. Make sure you drink very slow and small sips.. I found that room temp drinks were much easier to tolerate with the hernia repair. I had pain for 3 days from drinking cold Water in big sips and too fast.. once i slowed down and caught on to drinking room temp water the pain went away. I think its based on the person. Some people go back to work in a couple days and some people a couple weeks. Honestly for me it was better to get back to work and get into my routine. I felt much better then lounging around at home. Good luck to you.
  2. I have sent you a PM with my orignal account info. I tried to log in using my email address and that does not work either.
  3. Has anyone else had problems not being able to sign into their account? I tried for over a week. I emailed Admin a couple times with no response. I tried to do a reset password and it said the user name is not known. I searched the forums and followed the instructions of deleting Cookies from my computer. Nothing has worked. Now I had to open another account with a different user name and email just to post and PM a admin which i still haven't heard back from. I am beyond frustrated. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix the problem so I can sign into my original account? Thanks.
  4. It is from the gas that they put in you during the surgery. They are unable to get all of the gas to escape and it most commonly gets trapped in the shoulder. I had really bad shoulder pain in my left shoulder. It lasted about a week. What really helped me was using a really hot heat pack... It really helped relax the pain. After about a week I never felt the pain again. Its completely normal and will go away with time.
