  1. Hi all. So, I was diagnosed with PCOS back in mid 2009. My doctor told me there wasn't much I could other than following a diabetic diet/exercise (for weightloss) and taking birth control (she put me on Yaz) to regulate my periods. That was it. No real help. No ideas or suggestions. I'm tired of being overweight and dealing with all the other lovely symptoms of PCOS. How do I bring this up to my doctor? If she refuses to listen, should I seek out another doctor?
