Discouraged in Texas

  1. I was banded in Aug '09. At 12 months I had lost 35 lbs and at 15 months I have lost 48 lbs. I have gone from a 24/26 to an 18/20. I am very discouraged because I have not lost more. My band was filled to 7cc's at 2 months post surgery, 8cc's 3 months post surgery, 9cc's 5 months post surgery, 9.5cc's 7 months post surgery and 10cc's 9 months post surgery and that is where I am today. I always feel good restriction in the morning but by evening, I do not feel restriction. I know I am eating less but obviously not enough to lose at a very good rate. Any suggestions??
