  1. They're supposed to help, or else we wouldn't have the surgery right? I'm doing my part with small meals, etc. I walk five days a week for an hour and try to use my total gym at least three days a week. I'm definitely not a couch potato- I'm always on the go. I'll just wait it out, I suppose.
  2. I had my third fill two weeks ago. I'm at 4.5 cc in a 10cc band. For the first week it seems to "work", but then I can eat whatever and whenever I want, and feel hungry between fills. I swear I lost weight at a better rate BEFORE surgery. ugh! Total weight loss since the pre surgery diet in mid December is about 27lbs....so that's what, not quite five months? Should I expect it to get better soon? The scale at the doctor's office hasn't budged for me in two months! 210 each time. I want to remain positive, but it's getting tough. Any advice?
