    hi we had surgery the same day,I am feeling good just a little weak and dont want to go to work tomorrow,thanks for sharing your story I havent stepped on the scale yet and I am still trying to figure out this forum,anyway I went in at 220 and hope to one day be in the 160 range,good luck to you and again thank you for your post
