  1. Ok I will start with a little background since my surgery. I was banded on November 9. Everything went extremely well. I had no real pain and was able to drink as much liquid as I wanted from the start. They actually had to tell me to not drink so much in post op. I was on 1 week liquids and then 2 weeks soft foods. I am able to handle 1 ½ to 1 3/4 cups of food no problem and that really does seem to satisfy me for at least 3-4 hours. I am also drinking about 96 oz of Water each day. Now is that too much food and water to be consuming 4 weeks post op even though it does not seem to be hurting anything? Any comments or concerns would be greatly appreciated. I will be getting my first fill on Dec 22 so I am sure that will reduce my portion sizes. Thanks
