Hi looking for someone to share weight loss journey. My name is Dan a lover of music, good food and great wine. I work in the medical field. I've struggled with my weight for most of my life. I've been banned and its getting tough now. Still have 60 to 75 pounds to loose. I've never done the buddy or mentor program but want to give it a go. I play many different instruments. I have about 700 musical instruments. The flute though is my real passion. I currently play about 45 different flutes and have over 300 in my collection. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if using a WBV (whole body vibration) machine is bad to use after having the lap band surg. Can it hurt me? I've tried it 3 times and really feel my abs and port site. doesn't hurt but feel the port. Thanks Dan
