  3. Hi, guys I just wanted to share a pic of me on Halloween, I had a great time and I would have never done it without my sleeve. Down 80lb This was me before the sleeve

  6. Hi guys, I have another update I am five months out, and I have lost 65lb and loving every pound that is melting from my body. I notice my sleeve has gotten bigger because I can eat about 4-6 ounces of food comfortably and I am okay with that, but my two year still eat more than me lol. I have been overweight all my life and I am happy that finally that I have this tool to help me aide to my goal.
  7. I lost 60lb and I I have 60 to go and I hate my arms. I really don't want another surgery, so hopefully my age will help me to get my skin to snap back( I'm 25).

  9. I eat 800-1000 calories a day and I go to the gym 3-5 days a week.I try to aim for 100 grams of protein and I have about 60 carbs a day.Thx
  10. No my surgeon did not require a preop diet. ] Woo hoo! And you are more than half way there! Wondering- does your 60 include a pre-op diet? I only ask because I always include my two weeks and am wondering how four months will look for me! xoxo
  11. Hi, everyone just giving my update.I am exactly four months today and feeling wonderful.I lost 60 pounds so far!!! I can eat whatever I want with no issues.I have not noticed any hair loss as of yet.I do wear a lot of weave, so I am not constantly combing/brushing my hair.Life is great so far.I am in school, and I can finally fit comfortably in the chair.Four months ago I would hate going because I would have only one butt cheek holding for life in the seat lol.Also, a lot of people been complimenting on my weight loss saying how great I look.Life is good and I really cant complain.Here are some pics.Starting from pre-op thru the 4th month post-op.
  12. My surgeon did not require a pre-op diet.My highest weight was 286 and this was my surgery weight also. I lost 31lb the first month.

Hey guys, just wanted to give you an update.I'm 14 weeks post-op and down 54lb, and feeling wonderful.I am going to the gym three to four times a week, and currently going through a stall (tom).I eat about 800-1000 calories daily. Myfitnesspal is a great app I use to keep me accountable.I still haven't told anyone besides my family that I had surgery, I guess I am still not comfortable with anyone judging me about my decision.Oh well lol..Here are some pics This was the first month post-op pic This is the second month post-op pic This was some pics of last night Thanks
