    I think support groups are probably one of the real keys to being successful with this kind of effort for weight loss. Does anyone know if there are groups on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State?

    Good for you Barbara. I am scheduled for surgery on November 4th. I am hoping to go back to work on Monday the 8th. I am a receptionist and sit at a desk most of the time. Do you think this is realistic or should I ask for more time off?!
