  2. My name is Tiffany. I'm a 37 yr old mother of 3. I have been thinking about having wls for a long time. I finally get up enough courage to actually take the step and its been one wall after another. I have a variety of co-morbidities and other health issues and as a result of these I have only one surgical option and that is that is the VSG. I was happy becasue i feel that this is the safest procedure for me and it will benefit me the most. Well, first my insurance company doesn't want to cover it, big surprise...right? :sneaky2:Then my Drs office has a malfunction with the dictation machine and my pr approval hasn't even been submitted yet. 6 weeks later they finally have redone the dictation so hopefully this week things will get started. My surgeon seems to think that we can win over the ins company but it will take time. I am so frustrated with this whole thing. I refuse to give up but does it have to be SO difficult?:crying: Thanks for listening to me.:svengo: Hugs, Tiff
  3. Hi, I'm Tiffany. I'm 35 ,married with 2 kids. I have been overweight my entire life. I have 2 beautiful children and my health is in the toilet. Now is the time for me to do something for myself and I think this the way to do it. I've tried diet after diet and excercise programs. Expensive gym memberships and more...I need help and I hope this is the way to go. I'm just starting my journey and I am so happy to have found this group. This procedure seems to be very succesful. I'm very excited to learn more. Hugs, Tiffany:)
