Damn dude, I am seriously envious. I have pretty bad excess skin on both my stomach and my chest. No amount of weight training has helped and it is getting uncomfortable. Congrats on results and good on ya for the hard work.

    Thank You BigViffer, I was extremely lucky only because I was not overweight very long, however, exercise is important and it will build the platform needed, especially for the individuals like your self that may require additional surgeries to remove excess skin. Best of luck to you brother!!
