FineCaliMexSleever Gastric Sleeve Patients May 24, 201412 yr Author stats I am 4 weeks post op. This time last month I can't believe it, I was in Tijuana, Mexico at Ready 4 A Change with Dr. Fernando Garcia checking on me and all of the staff around the clock. Amazing experience, amazing journey. Down 22 lbs since starting weight. Any suggestions on continuing to loose. Only loosing 2 lbs a week if that?
back2barb78 Gastric Sleeve Patients July 1, 201412 yr Author stats FineCaliMexSleever, I see you're a bit further out now (sorry I didn't see the comment until today). I think the only real suggestion/ bit of advice is to make sure to get your head in this and realize what vices got you to the point that lead you to the operating table and keep those things in check. I lose an average 2-3lbs weekly and now am 20lbs from the dietitians goal. It hasn't been that hard for me I'm not going to lie, but I've followed most of the rules also. Now I need to strength train- I have zero muscle!
