5 months post op

You are progressing really well im really am proud of you keep up the good work how is your process going so far. May I no your starting weigth and your weight now and your goal weight.

My heaviest weight was 304 lbs. After i completed the 6 months program with the Valley Baptist Surgical Weight Program i weighed 298 lbs. I lost 9lbs by the time i had my surgery. I figured those pounds were from the seven day liquid diet. So i was 289 on the day of surgery (08/07/2013). I am 223lbs today; I wish it was faster. My goal weight? I never thought of my goal weight but of a size. I was a size 28 when started this journey and would like to be a least a size 14. I guess my goal weight would be 160 lbs though my doctor says my goal weight "by the books" is about 135lbs. Which i can not see but I could be surprised. Thanks Again!
