    you look great. Can you tell me when the weight started dropping off? I was banded 2 1/2 weeks ago and have only dropped 8 lbs.

    I lost 13 pounds in the first 2 weeks. Then it has been steady weight loss since then. I follow the process though. I only do 4 oz of food three times a day and I make sure to eat lots of protein. I exercise daily too. It will come. Keep with it! :) Good luck!
