You have just got to love yourself. These pictures look amazing. I hope to look just as good after 6 months. Today marks my 4 week's out. Your arms and legs look well toned. Did you lift weights and when were you able to start lifting. I can't wait to do resistance training. I am doing cardio now but need something to keep that body toned. Take care and keep up the good work. :)
