    Thank you! I'm pretty proud of them. :) Push ups, as many as I can stand. I still do girly push ups but I'm OK with it. If you do them right they work too. I also use 5 pound hand weights and do curls and arm lifts. I just do my own thing with them but I'm sure you could find a hand weight work out online.
