    Thanks a lot. I'm itching to get into the gym. I'm extremely eager to grab some iron! (lol) I went bike riding a few days ago and felt great. But by doctor gave me a hard time about it. Told me to stick with walking for the first few weeks. (smh) Guess I just need to be patient. But I refuse to experience major muscle loss.

    I know exactly what you mean about the muscle loss. It freaked me out at first, but my strength (muscle) is pretty much back to where it was before surgery, yet 55 pounds lighter, so I'm happy with that. Just be persistant and patient and it will all work out. Good luck!
