The picture that made me want to change for good. This was life altering to see this photo of me at my highest weight, nearly 280 at Venice Beach when we had a family reunion. That's me with my youngest son, who has nothing but love for me on his face. All of me. Too bad I didn't love myself much then. But times are a changing!
