You will be so glad you did these. Relying on the scale completely to compare how your journey is going won't always be be positive so you will need other measure devices. Be sure to measure your inches, keep ONE set of your largest size (you will be amazed one day when you put them back on!!) and if you can keep record of your body fat % :) All the best!
