    Have you been back for your three month Post op visit w/Dr Y?

    I bet he will be super impressed on your hard work!.

    I cant wait to get to the gym for real.. I am just passed 2 wk post op ( he said I could use the bike at 2 wk) and went yesterday to bicycle did 5 miles /30 min slowly and came home.
