  1. Enjoying a coffee in the beer garden of a pub in Derbyshire. This was the day that England got annihilated by the Germans in the World Cup and it was the quietest beer garden in the country! We had chosen to go out for the day as the weather was gorgeous

    Thankyou again! I would never have stood and posed for a photo like that before. It's taken two years and I still have a little way to go yet but I have no regrets - it's the best thing I ever did for my health, confidence, the lot!
