2 years ago, every shirt I owned had a stain about 8 inches from the collar where food would usually fall as I shoveled as much in my mouth as I could fit. Now, few of my new clothes have stains. It's a good thing.

2 years ago, every shirt I owned had a stain about 8 inches from the collar where food would usually fall as I shoveled as much in my mouth as I could fit. Now, few of my new clothes have stains. It's a good thing.

For me it was like my chin was sitting on the shelf of my protruding midsection, and as food missed my mouth - not sure how THAT ever happened - it fell onto shelf, leaving clear evidence of what I had been up to.
