Wow! I second what EdmontonGal said. I read one of your posts...at least I think it was yours...and because of it, I'm going to cut out dairy and do better with no sugar. I started out with no sugar, but have picked up a few things here and there the last couple of weeks thinking "I'll exercise it off". Well...no more my friend!

    Lol thanks guys, Sorry im a lil late for a reply, It took serious dedication to lose 176 pounds in 8.5 months.... It was tough, but possible.
