this picture was a few months before my surgery, I had already started losing some weight and had dropped from a size 24 the summer before to a size 22. I thought I looked pretty good that summer until I look at my arms, this was before I decided to have surgery. I made my decesion to have surgery in September 2010 after my BP meds were increased and I had a positve sleep study and they told me I needed to wear CPAP due to sleep apnea. No way was I going to do that. No flippin; way.
