LAP-BAND Patients

I did a 1/2 marathon in November 2010 in Wilmington, NC. I walk it in 3 hours and 18 mins. I was so proud I am 100 pounds lighter and feel great. How are you doing? Where did you do your 1/2, tell me about it.
