  6. Just getting off of work . I have weigh myself yet hopefully i've lost something
  7. What time is it ? lol people always say how big my watch is . I tell them guess what else is big ?!?! My belly but not 4 long . well what did u think i was going to say ? lol
  8. still there btw this is 2 weeks after band . i think i need a fill because i can still eat good

Wow what a transformation and you look so confident all i can say is you go head Jrock brotha I aint mad at ya I get mines done in januaury of 2011.. How soon were you able to go to the gym and start your work out process after your surgery?
