    Yes, It is embarasing, but I think that if I can help motivate one person it is worth it. Still a long way to go, but I feel so great...The pictures in feb were taken by a very good friend, the pictures in may by my 10 year old son...so next time I promise I will get someone that knows how to center the pictures..hehe
