  4. My Grandmother and I. Mama Dot helped me to get my Lap Band surgery done. Thanks so much Dot for caring about my health.
  5. My beautiful daughter Natalie... I got the surgery so I could grow old and see her and my son, Daniel grow up into amazing adults with families of their own.
