    Okay so I am 3 weeks post op and ready to really kick it in high gear at the gym. I just got the okay from my doc and we are very similar in your pre body shape/size soooo I was hoping you would share a few of your routines with me as far as working out or at least for the abs area b/c I do not want to neglect my tummy or my booty, lol....any help would be SOOOOO great :)

    I go to my surgeon tomorrow to set up the surgery and almost went with the bypass because I didn't think results like that were possible with the band. What a great inspiration you are to me.
