12/23/09 - Post-op
  1. 299 lbs today!! 52lbs down 3/19/10 Big milestone for me. It's been about 4 years since I've been out of 300's. Today was a very good day.
  2. 45lbs down as of Tuesday, 3/2/10. Leaving the gym and feeling very good.
  3. 1/29/10 - 317 lbs. 34 lbs down w/ no restriction. Making smart choices is paying off :)
  4. 12/27/09 - 328.7 lbs. 1st post-op weigh-in at my granny's house. 22.3 lbs down :)
  5. 12/23/09 - Post-op
  6. 12/19/10 - Post-op day 2 - Swollen and soar but taking a walk after a snow storm.
  7. 12/16/09 - 348. Day before surgery weigh-in.
  8. 12/4/09 - 351 lbs. Pre-op trip to Atlantic City.
