wow you look , so good in thispic. ive have lost 69 pounds and it has been year for me on may 22 /09 i still get up set with my self cause i cant tell ive lost weight accpet for my clothies and my shoes. have nice day. hope hear from ya soon.

Thank you so much. It's easy to get discouraged because it's hard for us to see the dramatic changes in ourselves. That's why it is so important to take pictures all the time, even when you don't think you've lost anything. Even our families see us everyday and don't realize the real difference until they see the pictures. Now me--I've been stuck at the same weight (up and down) since February, but in that time I went from 14s to 12s. I was over-filled and had to have an unfill, but I'm now finally at a place where I can see my loss. And...I went from an 8 1/2 to a size 7 1/2 shoe! Congrats on your 69 pounds and keep up the good work. I have to get back on track to get these last 30 pounds off...I've slacked way off since my unfill has allowed me to eat way too much and I feel good! That's the good thing about the band though. It can allow us to get right back on track with a fill!
