  3. 9 months Post-op.... Decided to work on maintenance until after my vacation. Still down more than 100 lbs. Loving life!!!

    You look great!!! How did you do it? Please share some secrets. I am two weeks post-op, doing well but looking for more inspiration. Seeing you lose 103lbs in less than 7 months Inspires me. Keep up the good work!!!!
