First off let me start off by saying WOW !!! How and what did u do ... I know that you had the lad band but what changes did you make in eating and exercise...im having my surgery on 06/04/09 and im scared of failure any helpful tips Go Girl !! You have self esteem shining bright CONGRATS!!!

    YES YOU ARE A DIVA!!! I'm thinking of having the surgery done, my first weight loss class is tomorrow and I'm already excited!!! But, how did you do it forreal or did your stomach and everything just naturally go back into place??? Please tell me what you did. You looking good though, keep it up!!!
