    Thank you sooo much at this point i cant eat about 1 chicken drumstick i dont each too much pasta or breads, i will also do chicken strips, or chicken nuggets or a chicken patty without the bun i mainly eat groung turkey, and other turkey and chicken products without bread but on fridays i will have a 25cent bag of chips..lol
