540 pounds Summer of 2010. Surgery at 490 pounds November 2011. 360 pounds June 2012. I still want to lose another 80 pounds. Ive lost a lot but i still have a ways to go. Hopefully this inspires some of the people who need to lose over 150 pounds. it is possible i am living proof. Stay strong and stay positive everyone.
