  3. Well done for you'd hard work. We are of similar height and starting weight. I want to know what was your rate of weight lost per week or month? And what kept you motivated to keep going? Just interested to know. This is the breakdown monthly that i kept for the first year post op. I weigh in regularly, because i feel that it keeps me honest. My tastes have changed since vsg, and i love my greens! I also love to run, but i walk minimum of 40 miles a week for work, so i don't run regularly now at this point. I still stick with a cup of food per meal and can stop when i feel satisfied. I only have 1 Protein bar per day....shakes are not regular at all now...their only as needed, if im sick or out running. My food of choice when out is a salad tho....i keep it simple. Hope this helps!
  4. Here's mine. I am 20 months post op. Started at 290 am now resting at 161. I am 5 feet 8.75 inches tall. Very happy!
  5. Mine dropped off. My program doesn't check blood levels until 6 months. I also have a 4 year old and a 7 year old. So hubby and I are super busy all the time.
